Background
In today’s digital jungle of advertising, trying to find a new audience is like looking for a needle in a haystack.
To target the right audience, marketers need to create a buyer persona, identify their age, gender, occupation, interests, and many more. If they target the wrong audience, the launch of the ad becomes a waste of money.
Novarize created an AI-driven platform for marketers to engage their brand with the best-suited audiences in real-time. The platform allows its users to select the audience, create campaigns, and export them to ad platforms.
My Role
As a Product Designer at Novarize, I was responsible for creating an intuitive and engaging user experience that made complex audience targeting feel effortless. My work involved monitoring key usage data, analyzing user behavior patterns, and designing features that encouraged users to return to the platform regularly.
The product team at Novarize was split into three squads, each with a dedicated Product Designer and Product Manager. My squad owned the full user flow from discovering and engaging the right audience to exporting a finalized campaign directly to an ad platform.
I collaborated closely with the Product Design team, making sure to maintain visual consistency in the app by designing UI components aligned with the style guide.
My responsibilities include:
User Experience Research & Strategy
Conducting user research, analyzing user behavior, and gathering feedback to understand potential and current customers needs and improve usability.
User Interface Design & Prototyping
Designing and iterating on user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI components to create intuitive experiences.
Usability Testing & Validation
Conducting usability tests to evaluate design effectiveness, identify pain points, and refine user interactions based on data-driven insights.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Working closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless design implementation.
